Frequency Wave Theory

Reality is not built from particles first. It is built from waves that hold shape.

Frequency Wave Theory proposes that matter, energy, gravity, time, and consciousness all emerge from one underlying wave field. What we call “particles” are stable standing-wave patterns. What we call “forces” are phase relationships. What we call “time” is the ordered evolution of waves.

This framework does not add mystery. It strips reality down to its simplest principle:

everything is frequency, and structure appears when waves lock into coherence.
